الوصف الوظيفيBachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Psychology, or related field Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar safety certification preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety management or related field. Demonstrated success in implementing and managing behavior-based safety programs. 2+ years of experiences in oil and gas or petrochemical industries. Proven track record of reducing workplace incidents and improving safety culture. Experience in developing and delivering safety training programs.
Overview
Design, implement and maintain the ORYX GTL Behaviour-Based Safety (BBS) program that promotes a positive safety culture, reduces workplace incidents, and improves overall safety performance across the organization.
