Accountabilities : Budgeting - Actual vs Planned Cost estimates and Authorization for Expenditures Forecasting & Reporting Project Control Safety, Quality & Environment Bachelor Degree in any Engineering Discipline Certificate in Project Management 5-7 Years of relevant experience 4+ years of experience in Project estimating , Planning & Cost Control in Petrochemical Industry.
