Job Title : Guest Relations Agent

Contract Details : Full-time

Swiss Connect Solutions a leading hospitality management company is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Guest Relations Agent to join our team in Doha Qatar. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival ensuring a warm and friendly first impression

Provide information about hotel facilities services and local attractions to guests

Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures ensuring a smooth and efficient process

Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotels products and services to effectively promote and upsell to guests

Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests and preferences are met

Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and in accordance with hotel policies

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area including the lobby and reception desk

Assist with reservations and inquiries via phone email and in person

Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of guests and colleagues

Provide exceptional customer service at all times going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in using computer systems and software including MS Office and hotel management systems

Fluency in English is required knowledge of other languages is a plus

Must have a professional and polished appearance

Must be willing to work in Qatar

Salary and Benefits Salary : QAR2900

Alternate 2- & 1-Day offs weekly (6 days in a month)
