Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop new corporate clients to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Maintain and expand business relationships with existing corporate accounts.
  • Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and negotiations to promote rental services.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals to secure contracts.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the main point of contact for corporate customers, ensuring prompt and professional communication.

  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
  • Build long-term relationships through continuous engagement and account management.
  • Sales Operations & Reporting
  • Supervise the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring effective lead generation and follow-ups.

  • Ensure timely invoicing, payment collection, and contract renewals for corporate accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination
  • Support and guide the sales team in achieving individual and collective targets.

  • Coordinate with the operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and vehicle delivery.
  • Participate in training and performance evaluations of sales staff.
  • Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; SPEED software is an advantage.
  • Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the car rental or automotive industry .
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent client relationship management and networking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, SPEED software is an advantage.
  • Valid driver’s license (preferred).
  • Arabic Speaker is a MUST.
