Staff Assistant - Lusail, Qatar

We are currently looking for a Staff Assistant to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role and must be proficient in English.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support and services to the organization, ensuring processes run efficiently and smoothly. This role requires the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining records and databases
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Sorting mail, filing documents and data entry
• Answering phones and taking messages
• Assisting with event planning and coordination
• Providing administrative support as needed
