We are looking for a motivated and bilingual Business Development Executive to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting day-to-day operational and administrative activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to customer engagement, and the ability to manage both on-site and office responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Facilities Management and related service sectors.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and prepare timely follow-up reports.
- Manage client communications, including broadcast messages, promotional emails, and updates.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and marketing materials.
- Maintain and update business development and client databases.
- Support Helpdesk / Call Center operations by handling inquiries, logging service requests, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain required reports, records, and correspondence.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 3 years’ Facilities Management experience in Business Development, Sales, or Admin Support.Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.Experience in Facilities Management FM will be required.Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Valid Qatar Driving License is required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
