Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Attorney to join our prestigious law firm in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to use your legal expertise and cultural understanding to provide top-notch legal services to our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients on a variety of legal matters
  • Research and analyze laws, regulations, and judicial decisions
  • Draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and briefs
  • Represent clients in court proceedings
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
  • Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases
  • Maintain client confidentiality at all times

Requirements

  • Must be an Indian national with a valid biometric passport
  • Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law in India or another common law jurisdiction
  • Strong knowledge of Qatari laws and regulations is preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and research skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Must be able to handle high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines
