Job Description
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue leads through networking, sales calls, and site inspections.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and packages tailored to target markets.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and client functions.
Coordinate with operations and reservations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of industry developments.
Support the Director of Sales in budgeting, planning, and team development.
Qualifications
Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably in a 4 or 5-star property.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team and to lead a team.
Knowledge of local and international market segments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality is preferred.
