JobSummary

The School is seeking to appoint awell-qualified specialist Head of Music. The person appointed willbe capable of teaching all Key Stages / Year Groups but willspecialise in secondary music up to and including A level. The Headof Music will be responsible for leading the curricular andextra-curricular music throughout the school and managing membersof the department. You will also be responsible for setting up andoverseeing instrumental music programmes including individuallessons, groups, ensembles, choirs and a string orchestra. You willalso be responsible for all school concerts and performancesensuring a high standard of performances as well as assisting whererequired with music for assemblies. For the right applicant therewill be a responsibility allowanceoffered.
