Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North comprises a 345-key hotel, along with a souq encompassing 11,000sqm of leasing space, a beach club, a theme park, and a waterpark. The resort boasts panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Rixos plans to provide a platform for showcasing Qatar as a tourism destination. One of the country’s biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North’s Waterpark attraction. The Rig 1938 is the world’s highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres.

Job Description

This position is responsible for delivering a friendly, fast, accurate, and efficient food & beverage service to our guests, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained according to our guest’s expectations.

• Welcome, smile, and greet guests.
• Suggest and professionally upsell food & beverage products.
• Serve all guests & colleagues with fast, efficient, and accurate service.
• Attend to and accommodate guests’ reasonable requests and ensure all queries are responded to promptly and on time.
• Be knowledgeable about the menu and information about the food and beverage offerings available to answer guests’ questions.
• Take food and beverage orders and ensure that orders are communicated to the kitchen and bar promptly and accurately.
