BIM Coordinator

A Construction leading provider of turnkey design-build solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial developments, is seeking a talented and detail-orientated BIM Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Based in Doha, Qatar , this is a Full-Time position ideal for a professional dedicated to innovative and cutting-edge construction practices.

As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes across a range of high-profile projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance project efficiency and quality, aligning with our vision to be the undisputed leader in providing quality projects to both public and private sector clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage BIM models, ensuring they comply with project standards and client requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless model integration.
• Perform clash detection and analysis on federated models to identify and resolve design conflicts proactively.
• Develop, implement, and enforce BIM documentation and workflow standards across all projects.
• Provide technical support and training to project team members on BIM software and best practices.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of 3D models, construction drawings, and project data.
• Ensure the accurate and timely integration of data from various disciplines into the central BIM model.
• Support project teams in using BIM for visualization, coordination, and analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
