Contract for 3 months possible for extension Salary full package 13 300 QAR Provides customer service to all employees responding appropriately to all queries related to Employee Relations and escalating the critical issues Records Employee Relations cases documentation in the appropriate systems Prepares reports and extracts employee related information related to HR Leaves corrective action performance reports etc Gathers and maintains all paperwork related to respective Employee Relations is filed and accurately captured Responsible for employee personal records filing and retrieving as required Reviews and updates technical documents Checks for accuracy of received records Scans the employee files and documents as requested Provides a professional and courteous meet and greet to employees and tries to resolve their queries related to Employee Relations Education Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or other relevant field Experience 2 years of experience Experience collecting and organizing data documents
