Key Accounts Manager - Consumer Electronic Accessories (Qatar)

Role Overview The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing strategic retail partnerships, and expanding Hama’s presence in the Qatar market. This role requires strong understanding of consumer electronic accessories, trade marketing, retail operations, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Sales :

Manage and grow relationships with key retail partners. Drive sales targets and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.

Market Expansion & Business Development :

Identify new business opportunities to expand Hama’s footprint in Qatar. Analyse competitor activity, consumer trends, and retail dynamics.

Trade Marketing & Merchandising :

Plan and execute in-store activations, promotions, and brand visibility projects. Coordinate with the marketing team for POS materials, displays, and digital promotions.

Operations & Coordination :

Work closely with distributors for forecasting, ordering, and supply chain coordination. Ensure timely delivery, stock availability, and proper replenishment.

Customer Service & Relationship Building :

Act as the main point of contact for key accounts. Resolve customer issues, improve service quality, and maintain excellent retailer relationships.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer electronics / accessories or related categories.

Strong experience managing key accounts in Qatar retail preferred.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Analytical approach with experience in forecasting and sales analysis.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
