Responsibilities
Follow recipes and production sheets accurately.
Prepare ingredients, including measuring, mixing, and portioning.
Assist in the baking and decorating of pastries, breads, and other baked goods.
Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to sanitation guidelines.
Monitor inventory and report low stock levels to the pastry chef.
Operate and maintain bakery equipment.
Follow all safety procedures.
Assist with other tasks as assigned by the pastry chef.
