Quality Lead - Manufacturing (NFPS)

Position Title : Quality Lead - Manufacturing (NFPS)

Working Schedule : 10 hrs / day, 6 days / week, 26 days / month

Work Location : Qatar, Onshore

Contract Term : 36 months

Reports to : Head of Quality (Assurance)

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality of products and processes throughout the manufacturing lifecycle by developing and implementing quality control procedures, monitoring production, investigating issues, and driving continuous improvement.
• Conduct inspections and tests during various stages of manufacturing to identify defects or deviations from quality standards.
• Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and other teams to address quality issues and communicate quality standards.
• Ensure manufacturing processes and products comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and enhance product quality through best practices and lean principles.
• Lead or participate in Quality Management System audits to ensure compliance with company requirements and applicable international codes and standards.
• Evaluate and manage the quality of materials and components sourced from suppliers.
• Participate in validating new manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure they consistently meet quality requirements.
