Legal Counsel (Commercial Contracts)

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing strategic legal direction and ensuring compliance across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities :

v   Strategic Legal Advisory – Provide expert legal advice on commercial contracts, employment matters, governance, and compliance.

v   Contract Negotiation – Lead negotiations for commercial agreements, joint ventures, and supplier contracts.

v   Regulatory Compliance – Develop and implement robust compliance programs, ensuring adherence to internal policies and legal requirements.

v   Risk Management – Identify legal risks and formulate mitigation strategies to protect business interests.

v   Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with senior management, external legal advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless legal operations.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria :

1.     Experience :  Minimum of 3 years of qualified legal experience.

2.     International Exposure :  Proven experience working in international or cross-border legal environments. Working with neutral legal territories (good knowledge on US, New York, England and Wales Laws

3.     Industry Knowledge :  Familiarity with industries such as Hospitality, F&B, Retail, and Museum Visitor Experience is highly desirable.

4.     Legal Specialization :  Expertise in commercial contract negotiation and joint ventures.

5.     Innovative Mindset :  Ability to adapt to and implement new strategies and initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
