Job Description

ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Financial Data Entry professional to join our dynamic finance team in Qatar. This full-time, permanent position is ideal for professionals and job starters who are eager to contribute to our financial operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, supporting the finance department with various data entry tasks.

Accurately enter financial data into the company's database and accounting software.

Verify and reconcile financial records to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.

Maintain organized records and documentation for audit purposes.

Collaborate with other finance team members to improve data management processes.

Respond to data inquiries and provide support to internal departments as needed.

Required Profile

We are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented and possess a strong aptitude for numbers. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications :

Professional experience in financial data entry or a related field.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management software.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting.
