Lead Maintenance Technician – Residential. Location : Qatar - Doha. Ref # : . Job family : Corporate & Commercial. Closing date : 05-Oct-2025. The role is responsible for maintenance activities of residential buildings housing QR group staff and ensuring compliance with QR rules, regulations, standards and guidelines. Responsibilities

Manage maintenance activities for residential properties (e.g., general maintenance, room preparation, welcome kits delivery). Ensure preventative, scheduled and work order activities are addressed and that project work meets Qatar Airways standards. Conduct regular checks and make appropriate decisions. Liaise with external contractors and internal clients. Visit each allocated property daily to check for government notices or unresolved maintenance requests by the Owner maintenance team. Inspect vital systems within properties according to the provided schedule. Ensure inventory check-in / out requests from the Accommodation section are carried out in a timely and diligent manner. Ensure all Service Provider personnel adhere to safety standards including PPE. Ensure office equipment (telephone lines / computers) are functional within set time frames at residential properties. Determine design requirements to meet safety, accessibility and building code guidelines. Maintain proper documentation and paperwork at all times. Ensure consistent application of all policies and procedures by all staff. Perform other department duties related to the position as directed by the Head of the Department. Ensure compliance of all processes and company policy. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma or equivalent (electrical / mechanical field) with 2–3 years of relevant experience. Experience working in hotel / hospitality / facilities management. Computer literate; able to work on tablets, PCs and laptops. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Ability to interact with customers politely and patiently; should be people-oriented. Thorough knowledge of maintenance works related to electrical, plumbing, drainage and air conditioning. Experience in quality maintenance of floor and wall finishes. Valid Qatari or transferable driving license. Basic knowledge of technical operation of appliances. Ability to work under pressure.
