OPERATOR (CONDENSATE)

Primary Purpose Of The Job

To operate and monitor assigned process units within the condensate refinery area, including Condensate Distillation Unit (CDU), Hydrotreaters, and Continuous Catalytic Reforming (CCR) Platformer to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production. The Area Operator is responsible for maintaining operational integrity, responding to process deviations, and supporting the achievement of production targets while adhering to safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Required Experience And Skills

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing English, including report writing.
• High level of safety awareness and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts and outdoor field conditions.

Educational Qualifications

Minimum 5 - 10 years of hands‑on experience in refinery operations, specifically in Condensate Distillation Units, Hydrotreaters, and CCR Platformers. Proven experience in operating and troubleshooting process equipment such as pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, reactors, and control systems.
