Scope : Indirect and direct categories
- Develop and implement country-specific procurement strategies that align with the organization's global objectives and local market conditions
- Analyze procurement needs, trends, and market conditions to forecast demand and optimize decisions
- Review procurement procedures to set up common rules and practices in District, based on MER & Caspian Sea. Set up appropriate policies.
- Build a procurement yearly roadmap with an identified action plan

Review Top suppliers and set up appropriate contracts and T&C (prices / discounts and payment terms conditions, KPIs) in coordination with Middle East Region and Caspian Sea Management, to put contracts in placeBuild and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable supply chains and timely deliveriesEvaluate and review suppliers costs, after-sales services and efficiency, based on scorecards prepared by categoryCost Management :
Drive cost savings initiatives through effective negotiation, strategic sourcing, and process improvementsMonitor procurement budgets, ensuring expenditures are within approved limits and aligned with the company's financial objectivesAnalyze and report on cost trends, savings, and procurement performance to senior managementInternal Stakeholders Collaboration :
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholdersManage stakeholder engagement and alignment throughout the end-to-end sourcing process (meet with department managers to understand the needs across each entity and extend to District)Qualifications
