الوصف الوظيفيOverseeing quality control of the finishing works and ensuring that all quality control for FF&E is carried out prior to delivery to site Coordinating consultant services (architects, engineers, designers etc.) and contractor works to ensure the required results in terms of quality, time and cost. This will include organizing, coordinating and following up on snagging and site taking-over procedures with the technical experts and the contractors and ensuring all parties including the contractor are following their contractual obligations on matters concerning QA / QC Monitoring planning, scope, budgets and schedules, delivering services and project work within the stipulated deadlines and budgets, to the company’s standards and to contractual agreements, and in compliance with local, national and international health and safety and construction regulations and standards Inspecting and delivering supervision services on site to ensure compliance with contract documents, professional and company standards, health and safety, and codes of practice while also preparing site progress reports as necessary Supporting the Senior PM with the development of quality plans and associated communication documents Ensuring project Quality Assurance confirmed with feedback from clients by overseeing quality control throughout the lifecycle of projects, implementing the necessary rectifications when needed Identifying and resolving issues and conflicts within the PM team and other stakeholders as required Identifying and managing project dependencies and critical paths Compiling status reports and assisting with troubleshooting problem areas Providing a direct link between the project team and the client. Possess an interior design qualification from a reputable university / school Demonstrate a proven track record of interior design and site supervision, primarily on 5 hotels or luxury residential Possess some knowledge applicable standards, legislations and practices applicable to the construction industry in Doha Demonstrate outstanding communication skills
Our Client is a widely respected European multi-disciplinary consultancy undertaking design and delivery of projects throughout the world.
An Interior Design specialist with site quality experience is required for immediate relocation to Doha to oversee all quality on a sizeable 5
- luxury hotel project. This role will be on a consultancy agreement for 18 months where accommodation etc will be provided.
