Job Purpose The job incumbent is overall responsible for the operational activities of

GS Northern Middle East & Caspian , the observance of the methods and techniques, the quality of the work & the assigned duties, the commercial contacts & development and the economic & financial performance. He performs the job within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, the Code of Ethics and the BV Group policies.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Education :

Bachelor Degree with 5 years of job related experience (experience as a manager) or Technical education Certificate / degree level in Engineering or standards background with experience as a manager.

Experience : 15 years

Languages :

Must be fluent in English & Arabic

Responsibilities

Drive Profit & Loss and cash accountability for GS business line in Northern Middle East & Caspian.

Define and set up an optimized organization, managing & developing people, in line with yearly budget & plan for GS.

Define & drive initiatives to ensure operational excellence, quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

Identify market opportunities for GS & implement growth initiatives through active customer engagement

Monitor closely operational, commercial and financial performance, through monthly reviews (markets, competitors, clients, finance ...) and initiate corrective actions if needed.

Ensure compliance with international and local statutory, industrial and legal requirements and Group guidelines, including Ethics, Technical, Quality and Risk management.
