Job Description What you get to doin this role : ServiceNow is currently seeking a VP, SolutionConsulting to lead and grow a team of approx. 100+ presalesSolution Consultants covering EMEA South ( France, Mediterranean& MEA), and be a trusted partner to the VP of Sales forEMEA South. You will lead an organisation that gains ourprospects' technical confidence and will promote thesuccess of the ServiceNow sales organisation. The VP, SolutionConsulting must be able to staff, motivate, develop, and retain aPresales Organization of the highest caliber that is capable ofcontinuing and enhancing ServiceNow’s success in EMEASouth marketplace. The VP, Solution Consulting should take aprominent role in evangelising ServiceNow’s vision andmessage. The successful candidate will be a proven leader,influencer and compelling presenter. Motivated by great customeroutcomes, by technology solutions to business problems, and by thesuccess of their team members. They’ll have expertiseacross web and cloud technologies and will have demonstratedsuccess in vendor pre-sales and large enterprise environments. TheVP, Solution Consulting EMEA South is responsible for coordinationof development of resources within the Solution Consultingorganisation, including career development planning, conductingregular reviews with the team and managers and act as highest pointof escalation in the operative and strategic business of theServiceNow organisation. This also includes account managementactivities and may include development of account strategy,high-level presentations, problem resolution, relationshipdevelopment, and coordination of corporate resource involvementwith the top prospects within the region.
