Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design process from conception to completion, including conceptualization, planning, and construction documentation.
Collaborate with the project team to develop innovative and sustainable design solutions that meet the client's needs and budget.
Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and other software.
Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design plans and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
Mentor and guide Junior Architects, providing technical support and expertise.
Maintain a thorough understanding of local building codes and regulations.
Communicate and coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project requirements are met.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 8 years' experience in architectural design, with a focus on commercial or residential projects.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.

Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
