Summary

This role is responsible for designing, deploying, and managing the organization’s IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and hybrid systems in alignment with national cybersecurity and digital readiness standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and manage hybrid cloud infrastructure (Azure / VMware), aligned with QCD / MICT policies
• Lead system architecture, implementation, upgrades, and security hardening
• Ensure alignment with NIA and CSF controls for infrastructure readiness
• Integrate BCP / DR solutions with approved government hosting providers
• Govern PaaS / IaaS provisioning, automation, and resource monitoring
• Manage servers, firewalls, backup systems, and endpoint management tools
• Collaborate with cybersecurity function to ensure zero-trust architecture
• Support business applications and systems in coordination with the IT Manager
