Arabic Chef De Partie

We are hiring an ArabicChef De Partie to join our Corporate Catering division in Qatar immediately.

A Chef de Partie runs a specific section in a kitchen, and reports to the Sous Chef. The role is made up of many varying responsibilities including preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section.

Ensure all Arabic Cuisine is prepared authentically, to the highest quality standards . Possess good knowledge in Arabic Cuisine, Food preparation techniques and restaurant operations. Monitors and controls the cleanliness of the kitchen areas and equipment. Order perishable goods for his section.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in the same field.
• Salary range-QAR 3000 - 3500 / - (Negotiable).
• Candidate must have a valid QID and NOC.
• Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes.
