Construction Manager vacancy in Ar-Ruwais Qatar

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Ar-Ruwais, providing leadership and direction to our team of construction professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize and manage construction projects from start to finish

Ensure project timelines are met and within budget

Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders

Monitor project progress and ensure quality standards are met

Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies

Communicate regularly with clients regarding project updates and changes

Requirements

Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management

Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

Excellent communication skills with fluency in English

Knowledge of local building codes and regulations

Ability to read technical drawings

Proficient in project management software
