Governance, Risk & Compliance Analyst / Specialist (Consultant / Senior Consultant)

Overview

We are seeking seasoned GRC professionals at the Consultant and Senior Consultant levels to provide strategic leadership, high-level advisory, and governance oversight across the organization. These roles ensure the organization maintains the highest standards of governance, regulatory compliance, and enterprise risk management while aligning with global best practices.

Responsibilities

• For Both Levels : Serve as a strategic advisor on GRC policies, frameworks, and governance models.
• For Both Levels : Develop and implement long-term GRC strategies to support organizational goals.
• For Both Levels : Oversee regulatory compliance at an enterprise or sector-wide level, ensuring adherence to international and regional laws (e.g., GDPR, SOX, ISO standards).
• For Both Levels : Drive the integration of risk management into organizational decision-making processes.
• For Both Levels : Provide high-level guidance on compliance, governance, and regulatory challenges.
• For Both Levels : Lead relationships with regulatory authorities, auditors, and key stakeholders.
