FP&A Manager| Hospitality & Real Estate| Doha| £80-90k plus package A global hotel, developer and operator is looking to hire an FP&A manager to lead corporate financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for operations across a diverse hotel portfolio. Main duties include :
Support with the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of the corporate budget, forecasts, and strategic plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives across all hotel properties Develop and maintain robust financial models to support business planning, cost optimization, capital expenditure, and investment analysis for hospitality operations Monitor, analyze, and report on key financial and operational KPIs Prepare executive dashboards and board-level presentations Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes Champion the integration of AI and Power BI into FP&A activities Collaborate with hotel FD’s, operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure financial strategies support operational excellence and business growth Support the month-end and year-end closing processes Identify and implement best practices in hospitality finance You will be ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with an FP&A background. Experience within hospitality / property would be an advantage. A relocation package will be provided Managing 1 direct report, you will deliver actionable insights, drive financial performance, and champion the adoption of advanced analytics and digital tools to enhance FP&A effectiveness
