Senior MEP Design Engineer (FEED / Detailed Engineering)

Client : One of the leading Oil & Gas consultants in Qatar

Role Summary

Seeking a highly experienced Senior MEP Engineer with 12 years of consultancy background specializing in front-end engineering design (FEED) and detailed engineering for oil & gas projects. This position focuses strictly on engineering design and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of MEP design drawings (mechanical electrical plumbing) for major oil & gas facilities
• Conduct load calculations layout development equipment sizing schematic diagrams and detailed specifications
• Coordinate design inputs with architectural structural and civil disciplines to ensure integrated solutions
• Ensure designs comply with Qatari codes international standards and client project requirements
• Produce comprehensive BOQs technical documentation and design reports for FEED and detailed engineering phases
• Facilitate technical design meetings and provide clarifications during project stages
• Review and approve contractor / shop drawings related to MEP scope

Qualifications

Note : We will only consider profiles with a focus on design engineering and oil & gas consultancy firms experience. Profiles related to maintenance / supervisor or site-related are not considered for this position.
