Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to established recipes and standards. Prepare ingredients, including chopping, dicing, and measuring, to ensure readiness for cooking. Manage and maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned workstations. Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of ingredients to maintain freshness and minimize waste. Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation is desirable. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
