SPA Attendant

Overview Assist guests with spa related information, giving them personal attention, anticipate their needs and be an escort to the appropriate facilities.

Responsibilities

Keep the Spa areas clean, neat, stocked and organized at all times

Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner and escort guests as required and give tours of the spa as required

Act as a host in the locker room and relaxation areas, ensuring that guests find their treatments, are served water, etc.

Prepare rooms for treatments according to specified guidelines / SOPs.

Ensure stocking of all spa amenities and toiletries.

Consistently engaging with guests.

Qualifications

Previous Spa or Hospitality experience preferred

CPR and First Aid certification preferred

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

Highly responsible & reliable

Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
