PRO- Business Consultant

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable PROBusiness Consultant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with setting up new businesses in Qatar, including Free Zone and Mainland company registration, licensing, documentation, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on the most suitable legal structures for their business in Qatar (LLC, Branch, Free Zone, etc.) Handle end-to-end company formation process : trade name reservation, initial approval, license application, and documentation Liaise with relevant government authorities (e.g. MOCI, QFC, QFZA, GTA, etc.) Ensure timely completion of registration, visa, and license procedures Maintain updated knowledge of Qatari business laws and regulations Provide regular updates and support to clients throughout the formation process Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in company formation or business setup consultancy in Qatar Strong understanding of Qatar’s legal and regulatory framework Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Organized, proactive, and client-focused Familiarity with Free Zone and Mainland setup processes Must be currently based in Qatar or willing to relocate Location and Compensation
