Responsible for overseeing and aligning administrative strategies with ministerial goals, ensuring efficient governance and policy implementation in the department.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic administrative frameworks.
Coordinate with the management to align administrative functions with strategic objectives.
Monitor compliance with internal policies and governmental regulations.
Lead initiatives to improve administrative efficiency and effectiveness.
Prepare strategic reports and recommendations for executive review.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 12+ years of experience in administrative leadership roles, including at least 3 years of experience in a governmental entity within the State of Qatar.
Proven track record in strategic planning and Administration development.
Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is a must.
