About the Role :We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Reservations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Reservations Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the reservations department, ensuring that all guest inquiries and bookings are handled with accuracy, efficiency, and a high level of personalized service. You will play a key role in maximizing room revenue, maintaining strong relationships with internal departments, and ensuring an exceptional pre-arrival experience for all guests.

- Qualifications & Skills :
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Reservations or Front Office, preferably in a luxury hotel environment. Strong understanding of hotel reservations systems (Opera experience preferred).Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and perform under pressure. Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.Competitive salary and benefits package.
