Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Outlet Manager located in Doha. The Assistant Outlet Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the hotel outlet, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory control, and adhering to health and safety standards. The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth outlet operations and addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing food and beverage operations, including inventory control and staff supervision
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment is a plus
