Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Fluent Arabic (reading, writing and speaking) required. Qatar Driving License required
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Manage and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets, controlling costs and maximizing resources.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and implement new technologies and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze data and generate reports to track performance and identify trends.
- Problem-solve operational issues and implement effective solutions.
