Bar Manager – Brasserie, Dubai

A stylish brasserie in Dubai is looking for an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead its bar operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine pairings, and bar operations management. This role requires a hands-on leader who can train and manage a high-performing team, develop innovative beverage programs, and ensure outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service and maintaining high hospitality standards.
• Develop and curate a unique cocktail menu, ensuring alignment with the brasserie’s concept and cuisine.
• Manage and optimize beverage inventory, stock control, and cost efficiency.
• Train and mentor the bartending team, ensuring expertise in mixology, beverage pairings, and service techniques.
• Engage with guests, providing recommendations and ensuring a refined bar experience.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and restaurant teams to create exceptional food and beverage pairings.
• Monitor and analyze bar revenue, costs, and performance metrics, ensuring profitability.
• Ensure compliance with local alcohol licensing laws and health & safety regulations.
• Introduce seasonal promotions, bar activations, and special events to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
