Responsibilities

Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of patients with vision problems and eye disorders

Diagnose and treat a variety of eye conditions, including cataracts, glaucoma, and retinal diseases

Perform surgical procedures such as cataract surgery, LASIK, and retinal surgeries

Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Educate patients and their families about eye health, treatment options, and preventive measures

Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all patients and procedures

Stay updated with the latest advancements in ophthalmology and surgical techniques

Requirements

Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Ophthalmology

Board certification in Ophthalmology

Current medical license to practice in the Gulf region

Significant experience in diagnosing and managing various eye conditions and performing surgical procedures

Strong knowledge of ophthalmic equipment and technologies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and handle high-pressure situations
