Gardenia Real Estate is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Developer to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our property portfolio in the Qatari market.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for market growth.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
- Negotiate deals and oversee the closing process.
