A wellestablished recruitment agency in Qatar is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Manager to join their team The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 20 years of experience in the commercial field preferably within the recruitment industry This role will be responsible for overseeing the commercial operations of the agency ensuring profitability and growth Responsibilities Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve agencys financial goalsManage and coordinate sales activities including client acquisition and retentionMonitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunitiesAnalyze financial data and create reports to track performance and make informed business decisionsCollaborate with other departments to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfactionBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholdersNegotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients and suppliersEnsure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all commercial activitiesLead and mentor a team of commercial staff providing guidance and supportStay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and growth Preferred Candidate Minimum of 20 years of experience in commercial management preferably in the recruitment industryBachelors degree in Business Administration or a related fieldProven track record of achieving financial targets and driving business growthStrong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a teamExcellent negotiation and communication skillsAbility to analyze complex financial data and make strategic decisionsProficient in using CRM software and other relevant toolsKnowledge of Qatars labor laws and regulationsAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesFluent in English both written and spoken
