Job Summary Senior Manager of the policies and governance oversight ensuring full implementation of best standards in bank DOA s processes policies and procedures Key Accountabilities Track Departmental Policies and manage the approval process Including controls oversightPerform gap analysis based in process analysis and propose changes Track Business Units Delegations of Authority DOAs and manage the approval process Ensure the Bank s Board DOA is fully aligned with the business units DOAs Other Accountabilities Oversight of main processes and proceduresSupport internal and external regulatory and internal and external audit inspections Ensure the Bank s Digital Library is up to date regarding business units and DOA s Policies and procedures Coordinate the dissemination of relevant policies and procedures
