Job Description
We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Global Services Energy Doha, Qatar for a :
- Ensure alignment with corporate strategy, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Comply with HSE policies and procedures for delivery of high-quality service and a responsible environmental attitude.
- Drive and deliver safety, quality, and productivity within the Asset Integrity Assessment and Asset Life Extension programs from the preparation stage to close-out, including continuous improvements and lessons learned via audits.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and third-party contractors.
- Perform audit quality checks.
- Coordinate with teams (inter-department, onshore, offshore) to ensure consistent performance and effective strategy setting.
- Manage interfaces with relevant parties.
- Support the line manager on technical matters.
- Ensure compliance with client and international standards (IEC, IEEE, API, ISO 55000, ASHRAE).
- Manage projects diligently, ensuring compliance with HSE, Quality, and NOC standards, acting as NOC Focal Point.
- Identify weak signals, address performance issues, review practices, define improvement actions, and monitor results.
- Assist project lead with contractual and project control topics.
- Mentor and coach the project team to reach compliance and standard workmanship.
- Ensure clear understanding of deliverables, address clarifications, monitor progress, and issue close-out reports.
- Review contractors' quality, HSE, and execution plans, assess performance monthly, and implement performance recovery plans.
- Execute projects safely, with quality, on schedule and within budget.
- Drive cost control, monitor costs, and report discrepancies early.
- Reinforce client strategies, standards, procedures, and processes with contractors and offshore workforce.
- Participate in meetings with a strong understanding of safety, quality, and project execution.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering10-15 years of experience in oil & gas, with at least 5 in asset integrity project managementExperience in multicultural and technical environmentsPMP or equivalent certificationExperience with CMMS (SAP PM), PowerBI, and integrity management toolsHSE certificationsProficiency in SAP Maintenance module and asset life extension programsGood computer literacy, proficiency in electrical software and Microsoft Office, with excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
