We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor with expertise in working for our Fabrication Yard working on offshore modules. Provide expert guidance and technical support to operations within the fabrication yard, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and project requirements. Oversee your discipline activities, including procedures, equipment selection, consumable choices, and quality control measures. Develop and implement programs and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with welding specifications and identify areas for improvement. Train and mentor your personnel, ensuring their proficiency in welding techniques, safety protocols, and quality standards. Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and other disciplines to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution. Coordinate with client representatives and external stakeholders to address welding-related queries and provide technical guidance. Qualifications / Requirements

Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered. Extensive experience fabrication, specifically in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on offshore modules. Strong knowledge of industry standards and codes Proven track record of successful project execution with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Ability to analyze complex welding issues, develop innovative solutions, and make informed decisions.
