الوصف الوظيفيMinimum 15 years' experience in large-scale construction projects in oil and gas, power plants, solar (photovoltaic), or similar industries Strong background in QA / QC for Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls disciplines in construction and commissioning Sound knowledge of QA / QC aspects, testing requirements, and acceptance criteria for E&I, Telecom, and Fire & Gas equipment and systems Hands-on experience with instrument calibration, loop checking, field instruments, control valves, DCS, telecom, fibre optics, and related systems Familiarity with international standards (IEC, IEEE, BS, ISO, UL, IOGP, etc.) Proven ability to review and approve Quality Plans, ITPs, QCPs, MARs, and manage inspections for complex E&I systems including DCS, SCADA, telecom, FGS, CCTV, HVAC controls, analyzers, cabinets, panels, and cabling Experienced in leading teams of inspectors, setting KPIs, and implementing quality surveillance and completion management systems Demonstrated success in resolving complex QA / QC issues across multiple parties and disciplines Support contractors in preparing and submitting QA / QC documentation (ITPs, QCPs, Test Procedures, MARs) in line with project schedules Review and approve relevant QMS, engineering, and procurement documents Ensure QA / QC requirements are implemented at site and vendor / subcontractor facilities Lead inspections, audits, and quality walkthroughs, identifying non-conformances and ensuring corrective actions are completed Manage non-conformance reports, root cause analysis, and close-out activities Monitor construction records, material test certificates, preservation systems, and calibration registers Oversee contractor systems for inspection, testing, and data management Track KPIs and performance of QA / QC staff, contractors, and subcontractors Participate in project QHSE audits and vendor / supplier pre-qualification assessments Provide guidance and reporting to project management on QA / QC performance Ensure compliance with project quality systems and maintain a safe working environment The role is site-based with at least 50% of time exposed to outdoor conditions

This role focuses on electrical, instrumentation, and control systems, ensuring that all quality assurance and control requirements are fully implemented during construction and commissioning. You will lead inspection teams, manage documentation, and drive compliance with international codes and standards to ensure flawless project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Controls Engineering (or equivalent)
- IRCA Certified QMS Lead Auditor
- IECEx-CoPC, CompEx, or similar certification (desirable)
- Professional memberships or certifications from recognised institutions (e.g., ASQ-CMQ&OE, MCQI-CQP) are an advantage
