Job Description

Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are :

To look after guest safety, and address any guest issues as quickly as possible, ensuring that they are completely happy with the work done.

To complete activities on the preventive maintenance of plant rooms, systems, servicing pumps, attending guest requests, club car maintenance, and troubleshooting. Experience with electric welding, carrying out daily checklists, and utilities readings as assigned by the duty engineer is advantageous.

To look after all tools supplied by the hotel in a professional manner, maintaining and depositing them correctly after finishing the shift.

To clean all work areas after completing tasks properly.

To follow all safety procedures while carrying out any tasks.

To maintain effective communication with the duty engineer at all times.

To actively participate in the energy conservation programs of the hotel.

To utilize or recommend environmentally-friendly products in the workplace.

To suggest cost-saving ideas when possible, not limited to the Engineering Department.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include :

Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Highly responsible & reliable.
