Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Manager with a strong background in Ashghal projects and road construction / development. The role will oversee project planning, scheduling, and monitoring to ensure successful delivery of road infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules, plans, and timelines for road construction projects.

Monitor project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.

Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Ensure compliance with Ashghal standards, local regulations, and quality requirements.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.

Mentor and guide planning teams to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning, with at least 5 years in

Construction / Road development projects.

Proven experience working onAshghal projects is a must.

Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
