Job Summary We are seeking a skilled MDM (Master Data Management) Specialist with expertise in Informatica MDM and strong analytical, integration, and data governance skills. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain MDM solutions to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across enterprise systems. Proficiency in Arabic and English is essential for effective collaboration with regional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Informatica MDM solutions aligned with business and data governance requirements.

Manage and maintain master data domains (Customer, Product, Supplier, etc.) ensuring data integrity and quality.

Collaborate with business, data, and IT teams to understand data requirements and implement MDM best practices.

Integrate MDM with enterprise applications using ETL, APIs, and data services.

Define and enforce data governance policies, data standards, and stewardship processes.

Perform data profiling, cleansing, matching, and consolidation using Informatica tools.

Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing MDM processes and workflows.

Document technical specifications, data mappings, and architecture diagrams.

Support data migration, upgrades, and performance tuning activities.

Provide training and technical support to end users and business teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

4–6 years of hands‑on experience in Informatica MDM (including Hub Console, IDD, and Hierarchy Manager).

Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data quality management.

Experience with Informatica PowerCenter, Data Quality (IDQ), and EDC is a plus.

Good knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server) and SQL scripting.

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Strong communication and collaboration abilities with cross‑functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Informatica MDM / IDQ certification.

Experience in banking, telecom, or government sectors in the GCC region.

Familiarity with cloud‑based MDM deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
