Bartender

Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join at a luxury 5-star hotel in Doha Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of mixology, excellent customer service skills and a friendly and outgoing personality. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of drinks to guests according to their preferences and company standards

Maintain a clean and organized bar area including stocking and restocking supplies

Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner providing excellent customer service

Take and process drink orders accurately and efficiently

Create and recommend new and innovative drink recipes

Handle cash and credit transactions ensuring accuracy and following company procedures

Adhere to all alcohol serving and safety regulations

Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming events promotions and specials

Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience

Perform opening and closing duties as required

Handle any guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume establishment

Strong knowledge of mixology and drink recipes

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus

Salary : QAR3000

18 Annual Leaves, 11 Public Holidays, 1 Birthday Off

Alternate 2- & 1-Day offs weekly (6 days in a month)
