Job Summary Assure conducting periodic exercises of close monitoring and review on the status of mortgaged assets in favor of the bank assets representing securities toward granted banking facilities The objective is to preserve collateral value and seek work toward enhancing it Key Accountabilities Regular periodic visits Site visits of mortgaged assets in favor of the bank to be reported adequately Reports to reflect all issues related to said assets s with recommendations for necessary actions Other Accountabilities Solid experience of 510 years in Real estate market in Qatar Graduated Real Estate Finance or equivalent Full know how on permits and NOC and other regulations related to Real Estate market in Qatar
